7. Appointment Terms and Conditions

• Deposits: Non-surgical appointments require $100 to be paid at time of booking. This amount is applicable towards the cost of treatment on the day.
• Payments: Surgical appointments require full payment at time of booking, this is non-refundable.
• Rescheduling: Any request to reschedule an appointment must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. If a request to reschedule is made within 48 hours of the appointment, no refunds will be given.
• Cancellations: No refunds are provided for cancellations.
• Late Arrivals: Late arrivals will not receive an extension to their appointment time and may result in cancellation.
• Contact Information: It is the patient's responsibility to provide accurate contact information at the time of booking. We will not be held responsible for missed appointments due to incorrect or inaccurate contact information.
• Safety: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who poses a safety risk to our staff or other patients.
• Changes to Terms and Conditions: These terms and conditions may be subject to change at any time without notice.
