• GP Referral: Ensure you have a referral from your General Practitioner (GP) and bring it with you on the day of your consultation.

• Payment: A full payment of $165 is required at the time of booking your appointment.

• Rescheduling & Cancellations: Should you need to reschedule, we require 48 hours' notice. Please be aware that refunds will not be provided for cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of the scheduled time.

• Multiple Consultations: Two consultations are mandatory before undergoing any surgical procedure, aimed to ensure you're well-informed.

• Cooling-Off Period: A mandatory cooling-off period of at least 7 days will follow your final consultation.

• Consent Forms: Post cooling-off, should you opt to proceed, you'll be required to sign consent forms for your procedure.

• Deposit: A $100 deposit is due at the time of booking. This amount will be applied to the cost of your treatment on the day.

• Rescheduling & Cancellations: A 48-hour notice is required for rescheduling. The deposit is non-refundable if no treatment is undertaken, if you change your mind, or for no-shows.

• Consultation & Consent: Your appointment will include a consultation to discuss treatment options. Consent forms will be signed should you choose to proceed with treatment.
